Presentation:

« Ferme de Mayval » is located on a grassy hillside in Landaville in the western Vosges. Around forty cows, mainly Montbéliardes, graze on natural meadows. In winter, they feed on sun-dried hay and second crop, with a small cereal supplement. This diet guarantees high-quality milk for tasty cheeses.

Cheese production began in spring 2021. The milk is transformed into steamed yoghurts and fruit stirred yoghurts, packaged in returnable glass jars for the benefit of the environment. Fresh cheeses and ripened soft and pressed cheeses are produced on the farm.
